| Gregory Conner | Rob’s step-son
Gregory started his career in Junior League at Rudes Lanes and Prairie Lanes.
In 1996 he won the all around championship for the Madison Area junior Bowlers Association, the Bob Minter-Roger Kasper Memorial Award, for being the most over his average for the tournament. His Team, Rob Bailey’s Pro Shop, also won the “E” Division that year. Team members were Nate Taylor, Jeff Chase, Joseph Yelk, Nic Carlson, and Gregory Conner.
He has worked in the Pro-Shop since 1996, and is a certified RBPS Ball driller, measurer, and layout specialist.
He is a good bowler in his own right, having high finishes in the MBA tournament, finishing as high as 2nd in All Events in 2005 with a 2101 scratch total, and is Rob’s doubles partner in MBA tournaments and State Tournament. He has had 290’s and 11 in a row, but is still looking for his first 300 game. He started bowling in the ABC/USBC tournament in 2002.
He is married to Marci and they live in Columbus, and are expecting "Little G" in May! That will make me a Grandpa! |

| Steve Parkinson | Helping in the Pro-Shop since 2006, Steve is a good bowler and bowls in the NFL League
and the American Family League. He just had his 2nd 300 this fall. |

Dave also bowls regularly in area and state scratch tournaments and the USBC National tournament.
Dave has now completed his RBPS Ball Drilling, Layout, and measuring degree to be certified as a ball driller in the Pro-Shop, joining Gregory Conner and Rob. |
| Bill Leidich | Helps with lessons and marketing. Former PBA member and inducted into the MBA Hall of Fame. Recently, he and Rob won the MBA Doubles Title with a 1531 scratch score, breaking the previous record of 1497. He bowled 769, carrying Rob with only a 762! |
| Gary Strand | Helps with lessons and is also a former PBA member and inducted into MBA Hall of Fame. He spends a lot of time out on the lanes helping customers along with Bill Leidich. He is our only "movie star" as he recently "starred" in the court room scene in the movie "Public Enemy". Look for him to the left of the guy standing in front talking. |
